Syed Awais Qadir Shah, born on October 12, 1977, in Sukkur, is a Pakistani politician affiliated with the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP). He holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Mehran University of Engineering and Technology, Jamshoro.

Shah began his political career with the PPP and was first elected to the Provincial Assembly of Sindh in the 2013 general elections from PS-4 Sukkur-III. During his first tenure (2013–2018), he served as the Chairman of the Standing Committee on Home Department in the Sindh Assembly. 

He was re-elected in the 2018 general elections from PS-23 Sukkur-II. On October 15, 2018, he was inducted into the provincial cabinet of Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah and appointed as the Provincial Minister for Transport and Mass Transit. In this role, he played a pivotal part in launching the People's Bus Service in Karachi, aiming to modernize the city's public transportation system. He served in this capacity until April 21, 2022. 

In the 2024 general elections, Syed Awais Qadir Shah was elected again from PS-23 Sukkur-II. Subsequently, on February 25, 2024, he was elected as the Speaker of the Provincial Assembly of Sindh, succeeding Agha Siraj Durrani. He secured 111 votes against his opponent, Sofia Shah, who received 36 votes.
