Consequent upon appointment of Mr. Nisar Ahmed Khuhro, Speaker, Provincial Assembly of Sindh as Acting   Governor of the Province of Sindh and in pursuance of Article 53(3) read with Article 127 of the Constitution of the        Islamic Republic of Pakistan 1973, Syeda Shehla Raza, Deputy Speaker, Provincial Assembly of Sindh shall act as   Speaker, Provincial Assembly of Sindh, with effect from fore-noon of 18^th June, 2012  .
