Sealed Tenders are invited under S.P.P.R.A Rules from reputed firms for execution and supply of below mentioned items at Sindh Assembly Building, Karachi: 

1. Tender documents containing specifications and terms & conditions can be obtained from the office of undersigned on payment of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One thousand only) upto 25^th January 2011 during office hours.

      2.   All Tenders should reach in the office of Secretary, Provincial Assembly of Sindh latest by 25^th January 2011 upto 04.00 P.M. which shall be opened on   26-01-2011 at 02.00 P.M. in the presence of Bidders.

3.      Firms should quote their NTN & GST Numbers with documentary proof and also quote their rates incorporating all Government Taxes/GST Charges.

4.      Tenders should be accompanied with the Earnest Money @ 2 % of the tendered amount in the shape of Pay Order/Demand Draft in favour of Secretary, Provincial Assembly of Sindh, which will be returned, if the tender is not accepted.

5.      Conditional Tender shall not be entertained or considered.

       6. Competent Authority reserves the right to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reasons.
