This House solemnly remembers the great leader and Father of the Nation, Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, on his death anniversary and pays rich tribute to his unparalleled services, constitutional struggle, and historic leadership in the creation of Pakistan.

 

The House acknowledges that Quaid-e-Azam dedicated his life to the principles of Unity, Faith and Discipline, democracy, constitutional supremacy, rule of law, equality, social justice, and protection of the rights of all citizens.

 

This House reaffirms that Pakistan can progress and prosper only by following the vision of Quaid-e-Azam, in which every citizen, irrespective of religion, ethnicity, gender, language or region, enjoys equal rights, dignity, security and opportunities.

 

The House particularly recognizes the Quaid-e-Azam’s commitment to women’s participation in national life and calls for continued efforts to ensure women’s equal access to education, employment, political participation, economic opportunities and decision-making.

 

This House further stresses that strengthening democratic institutions, ensuring good governance, eliminating corruption, protecting fundamental rights and providing justice and equal opportunities to all citizens are essential to fulfilling the Quaid’s vision.

 

Therefore, this House resolves to:

 

• Pay its highest respect and tribute to Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah on his death anniversary.

 

• Reaffirm its commitment to the principles and ideals upon which Pakistan was founded.

 

• Promote constitutional democracy, rule of law, equality and social justice.

 

• Ensure meaningful participation and empowerment of women and marginalized communities in national development.

 

• Call upon all institutions and citizens to work together for a peaceful, democratic, prosperous and inclusive Pakistan in accordance with the vision of the Quaid-e-Azam.

 

May Allah Almighty bless the soul of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah and grant Pakistan peace, stability and prosperity. Ameen.
