NO.PAS/LEGIS-G-109/2024-The SINDH ORDINANCE NO. III OF 2025-The Constitutional Benches of High Court of Sindh (Practice and Procedure) Ordinance, 2025 was laid before the Provincial Assembly of Sindh in its sitting held on Friday, the 28th November, 2025.

02.     Article 128 (3) of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1973 provides that Without prejudice to the provisions of clause (2), an Ordinance laid before the Provincial Assembly shall be deemed to be a Bill introduced in the Provincial Assembly.

03.     The Provincial Assembly of Sindh in its sitting held on above said date referred the above said laid Ordinance to the Standing Committee on Law, Parliamentary Affairs and Human Rights with the terms of reference to examine the laid Ordinance and report back to the Assembly within one week.
