“This House appreciates Aliya Soomro, a proud daughter of Sindh from the Lyari area of Karachi, who made the nation proud by winning an international boxing match.
This House also appreciates her strong performance, where she knocked out her Thai Opponent, Sotheda Ganyanovich, in the fourth round of a 10-round professional boxing match. Her victory shows the growing talent and determination of Pakistan’s female boxers.
The House promises to continue supporting and improving sports in Sindh.
