Whereas, Madir-e-Jamhooriat Begum Nusrat Bhutto Sahiba has made unparalleled contributions to the struggle for restoration of democracy in Pakistan; and her unwavering dedication and selfless sacrifices have been a beacon of hope and resilience for the people of Pakistan during General Zia's dictatorial era.
Begum Nusrat Bhutto's leadership and courage in the face of challenges have inspired Pakistani nation and continue to guide the Pakistan People's Party (PPP) in its mission for a democratic and prosperous Pakistan;
This Assembly pays tribute to Madir-e-Jamhooriat Begum Nusrat Bhutto for her exceptional contributions and sacrifices for the restoration of Democracy in Pakistan and this House reaffirms its commitment to the principles and values that Begum Nusrat Bhutto dedicated her life to, and pledges to continue striving for a democratic values.
