NO.PAS/LEGIS-G-37/2024-In exercise of powers conferred upon him under Section 23(1)(iii) of the Shaheed Benazir Bhutto University, Shaheed Benazirabad Act, 2009 (as amended),the Honourable Speaker, Provincial Assembly of Sindh has been pleased to nominate Jam Shabbir Ali Khan, MPA on the Syndicate of the Shaheed Benazir Bhutto University, Shaheed Benazirabad for a period of three years as contemplated by Section 23(2) of the above said Act.
