NO.PAS/LEGIS-G-35/2024-In exercise of powers conferred upon him under Section 23(1)(iii) of the Benazir Bhutto Shaheed University at Lyari Karachi Act, 2009 (as amended),the Honourable Speaker, Provincial Assembly of Sindh has been pleased to nominate Mr. Muhammad Yousuf, MPA on the Syndicate of the Benazir Bhutto Shaheed University at Lyari Karachi for a period of three years as contemplated by Section 23(2) of the above said Act.
