Karachi (05 February 2026):

On Day 2 of the 7th CPA Asia Regional Conference and the 2nd Joint CPA Asia & South-East Asia Regional Conference, CPA Chairperson, Hon. Dr. Christopher Kalila called on Speaker of the Provincial Assembly of Sindh, Syed Awais Qadir Shah, for a bilateral meeting.

Hon. Dr. Christopher Kalila thanked Speaker Syed Awais Qadir Shah for the invitation to the international CPA conference being held in Karachi and appreciated the warm hospitality and excellent arrangements made by the Provincial Assembly of Sindh. He also congratulated Speaker Syed Awais Qadir Shah on the successful hosting of the conference, highlighting its significance in strengthening parliamentary cooperation and democratic values across the Commonwealth.

On the occasion, Speaker of the Provincial Assembly of Sindh, Syed Awais Qadir Shah, presented a shield of appreciation to CPA Chairperson, Hon. Dr. Christopher Kalila, in recognition of his visit to Karachi and participation in the conference.
