Message by Speaker Provincial Assembly of Sindh, Syed Awais Qadir Shah, on World Health Day

Speaker Syed Awais Qadir Shah paid rich tribute to the services of the medical community, especially doctors, nurses, and paramedical staff.

“A healthy society is the foundation of a strong nation,” Speaker Syed Awais Qadir Shah.

He emphasized that ensuring the provision of quality and timely healthcare facilities to the public is the foremost responsibility of the state.

Speaker further stated that a system must be developed where the health and well-being of women and children are fully protected.

Speaker Syed Awais Qadir Shah noted that the polio eradication campaign initiated by Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto continues to guarantee a healthier future for children.
