01. Resolution No.74;given notice of by Mr. Muhammad Mazahir Amir, MPA regarding to bring in an amendment in the section 16-A of Citizens Act, 1951 in order to authorize MPAs/MNAs on Oath to verify the Citizenship of the people.
02. Resolution No. 75;given notice of by Mr. Ejaz Ul Haque, MPA regarding to repatriate the stranded Pakistani nationals in Bangladesh, who having rendered immense sacrifices for the sake of Pakistan’s sovereignty and security in 1971, have been languishing in refugee camps in Bangladesh for an extended period of 52 Years, yet still profess their unwavering loyalty to Pakistan by raising slogans of “Pakistan Zindabad”.
VIII. PRIVATE MOTION:
Private Motion No.09;given notice of by Ms. Bilqees Mukhtar, MPA regarding Girl’s Guide, Boys Scout and N.C.C. at intermediate level should be revived in the Province.

District-wise number of Tapedars, Junior Clerks, Senior Clerks, Mukhtiarkars appointed during 01-01-2020 to 01-01-2023 alongwith procedure for same?
SYED MURAD ALI SHAH (CHIEF MINISTER): MINISTER FOR REVENUE:-
In this context, it is stated that as per available record, no Tapedars have been appointed during the period 01.01.2020 to 01.01.2023 except (33) Mukhtiarkars, through SPSC and (121) Junior Clerks, appointed by the Board of Revenue, Sindh under deceased quota respectively. As for the appointment of Senior Clerk this is no any provision for direct appointment as the same is promotional post.

(a) Number of officers working in Board of Revenue;
(b) Whether any official is posted on deputation;
(c) If answer to (b) above is affirmative, the reasons thereof?
ANSWER
SYED MURAD ALI SHAH (CHIEF MINISTER): MINISTER FOR REVENUE:-
In this context, it is stated that as per available record the reply of the above questions number 32 & 212 (a) that there are (111) officers working in the Board of Revenue Sindh. Further, there is no any official posted on deputation in Board of Revenue, Sindh. Details is at Annexure placed on the Table of the House.
“This House expresses the concern over the Technical Allowance of the engineers in Government of Sindh.
Whereas, Financial Budget is coming up of 2024-25, we would like to incurred Technical Allowance of 1.5 of the salary should be included initially for non-teaching engineers while teaching engineers will be included later on.
Moreover, Eid-ul-Azha will be on 17th June 2024. It will be happiest day for engineers if the Resolution Passed and Allowance will be part of budget.”
