(a) Is it fact that a scheme of construction of officers/ official’sresidential accommodation for the Prosecutors in Sindh with the cost of Rs.359. million to be completed by June 2021;
(b) If answer to (a) above be in the affirmative, detail of work completed and amount spend to-date?

Yes,
This is block scheme which is being executed in both regions i.e. Hyderabad and Sukkur out of which 11 Units are in the region of Chief Engineer Buildings Hyderabad which are in advance stage of construction.
The scheme is presently under revision due to cost escalation and enforcement of new Composite Schedule of Rate 2024; the scheme will be completed after approval of the revised rough cost estimate and the availability of funds.

Number of Bar Associations in Sindh for whom the Sindh Government granted funds and whether such budget has been audited?
ANSWER

There are fifty-five (55) registered Bar associations in Sindh including Sindh Bar Council:
· High Court Bar Association 05
· District Bar Associations 25
· Taluka Bar Associations 24
During the financial year 2025–26, funds amounting to Rs.250.000 million were allocated for Bar associations. Out of the total allocation, Rs.42.000 million was granted to various Bar associations details is at Annexure placed on the Table of House. The budget allocated for Bar associations is subject to audit by the Director General Audit Sindh.
