NO.PAS/LEGIS-G140/2025- In pursuance of Section 6 sub-section (2) of the Sindh Assembly Members (Salaries and Allowances) Act, the Parliamentary Committee in its meeting held on 27th August,2025 unanimously decided the Salaries and Allowances for the Members of the Provincial Assembly of Sindh as follows, with effect from 1st July,2025

A MEMBER SHALL BE PROVIDED DURING A YEAR WITH SUCH VOUCHERS OF THE VALUE OF RS. 400,000/= (RUPEES. FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND ONLY) AS WOULD ENABLE HIM TO TRAVEL WITHIN PAKISTAN AT ANY TIME WITHOUT PAYMENT OF ANY FAIR BY AIR OR BY RAIL. OR A MEMBER WHO DOES NOT WISH TO BE PROVIDED WITH SUCH VOUCHERS SHALL BE PAIS AN ALLOWANCE WHICH BEAR THE SAME PROPORTION TO THE VALUE OF THE VOUCHERS HE WOULD HAVE BEEN ENITITLED TO BE PROVIDED THE SUM OF RS. 350,000/= (RUPEES THREE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND ONLY) |

RS. 20/- PER KILOMETER. TRAVELING ALLOWANCE SHALL BE ADMISSIBLE TO A MEMBER FOR JOURNEY PERFORMED DUTING THE PERIOD OF ADJOURNMENT OF A SESSION, IF THE SESSION IS ADJOURNED FOR A PERIOD OF MORE THAN TEN DAYS. |

SUBSIDY |
A MEMEBR SHALL BE PAID A SUBSIDY AT THE RATE OF RS.450/= FOR EACH DAY DURING THE PERIOD OF RESIDENCE ON DUTY. |

13. |
RE-IMBURSEMENT MEDICAL CHARGES |
A MEMBER AND HIS SPOUSES, PARENTS AND CHILDEREN SHALL BE ENTITLED FOR RE-IMBURSEMENT OF MEDICAL CHARGES. |

14. |
DEATH COMPENSATION |
RS. 5,000,000/- (RUPEES. FIVE MILLION) DEATH COMPENSATION SHALL BE GRANTED TO THE FAMILY OF THE DECEASED MEMEBR. |
The Finance Department, Government of Sindh shall issue concurrence/advice in the light of Sindh Assembly Members (Salaries and Allowances) Act, 2025, immediately.
