FOUZIA HAMEED, MPA: Will the Honourable Minister for Home, Sindh may please to give answer/statement that the excessive and unnecessary use of high-beam headlights by vehicles, particularly in Karachi, is causing considerable inconvenience and discomfort to the general public, especially to persons suffering from migraine and other light-sensitive conditions; and if so, what measures are being taken to regulate the use of high-beam lights and prevent their misuse?
02. CALL ATTENTION NOTICE NO. 14 OF 2026; GIVEN NOTICE OF BY MS. MUSARRAT JABEEN, MPA: Will the Honourable Minister for Local Government, Sindh may please to give answer/statement that in UC- Jinnah Town, the 18-inch water pipeline installed at Nishtar Road supplies water for 12 hours to Lasbela, Islam Ganj, Adam Colony and Chandni Chowk for next 12 hours, the water is supplied/provided to Garden and Saddar, however, the water supply is often stopped at Lasbela by the people operating the water line, which causes shortage of water?
