The Provincial Assembly of Sindh in its sitting held on Thursday, the 22nd March, 2012 has declared the Seat as vacant in pursuance of Sub-rule (1) of Rule 56 of the Rules of Procedure and Sub-article (2) of Article 64 read with Article 127 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Honourable High Court Sindh in C.P No.1174 of 2012 passed the orders as follows:- "In views of the foregoing position, let this matter come up on 19-04-2012 as already fixed but till the next date the notification dated 22-03-2012 of the provincial Assembly and press release dated 13-04-2012 of the Respondent No.2 shall remain suspended.
