I am to forward herewith a copy of letter alongwith its enclosure vide No.F.29(01)/2024 (Senate Bye-Election)-PEC(S) dated 20th March, 2024 received from Mr. M.Sajjad Khattak, Director (HQ), office of the Provincial Election Commissioner, Sindh on the subject cited above and to inform that the Honourable Speaker, Provincial Assembly of Sindh has been pleased to grant permission to use the Assembly Hall of New Sindh Assembly Building Karachi as the Polling Station for conduct of Senate Election, 2024 on dated 02ND APRIL, 2024 FROM 0900 HOURS to 1600 HOURS.
