The Provincial Assembly of Sindh in its sitting held on Monday, the 31st March, 2014 appointed a Special Committee under Rule 203 of Rules of Procedure of the Provincial Assembly of Sindh on a motion moved by Dr. Sikander Mandhro, Minister for Parliamentary Affairs, Sindh, consisting of the following Members-

With the term of reference to examine the contents of the Privilege Motion No.02 of 2014; given notice of by Ms. Khairunisa Mughal, MPA to determine whether a breach of Privilege has been committed and, if so, the nature of the breach and circumstances relating to it and to make such recommendations as it may deem appropriate and fit before the next Session.
