PRIVILEGE MOTION
My Privilege Motion is that Mr.Altaf Bawani Director General, National Accountability Bureau (NAB) in a TV programme on KTN News said that this is a law which bad intention on its face.
” نيتن جي خرابي نظر اچي ٿي ”
Such irresponsible statement by a public servant against the legislature is an attack on the sanctity of the House which has not only breached my privilege as a Legislator but has also breached the privilege of the Whole House, my privilege Motion may be considered in the House and be referred to the Committee on Rules of Procedure & Privileges.
