I am directed to state that the Honourable Chairman has been pleased to convene the meeting of Standing Committee on Home on WEDNESDAY, THE 18^TH MAY, 2016 AT 12:00 NOON., in Committee Room No. 02, Sindh Assembly Building, Karachi.

AGENDA OF THE MEETING

1. Briefing on Development and Non-Development Budget of the department by Secretary to Government of Sindh, Home Department and Inspector General Police, Sindh.

2. Briefing on working of ATC Courts, Budget Allocation and the Procedure of Recruitment in the ATC Courts by Secretary to Government of Sindh, Home Department.

3. Complaint received from Mr. Zahid Hussain Khattak resident of Bhiria Road, District Naushero Feroze against Mr. Abdul Waheed Shaikh, SHO, Mr. Sibgatullah Jatoi, SHO, Mr. Lal Din Dasti, ASI, Mr. Ghulam Rasool Shar, ASI & Other Police personnel illegally without warrant entered into the House of applicant and arrested him alongwith his brothers in the jurisdiction of Bhiria Road Police Station, District Naushero Feroze and kept under illegal detention and demanded Rs. 300, 000/= against their release.

4. Complaint received from Mr. Tariq Mehmood Madani, President, Pakistan Aman Council, Karachi against Mr. Ghulam Rasool Rajper, S.H.O. Shershah, Karachi who is involved in providing illegal water connections to the people by having huge amount and refuses to register any complaint at his Police Station against the people involved in providing illegal water connections.

5. Complaint received from Mr. Nizamuddin Dil, Mr. Abdul Qadir, Hafiz Amanullah Dil and Mr. Ghazi Khan residents of Amrot Shareef, Garhi Yaseen, District Shikarpur against Mr. Manzoor Ahmed Maka, SHO Amrot Shareef, Garhi Yaseen, District Shikarpur.

You are, therefore, requested to attend the said meeting on date, time and venue mentioned above.
