PROVINCIAL ASSEMBLY OF SINDH
I am to state that the Governor of Sindh in exercise of the powers conferred upon him under clause (a) of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1973 has been pleased to summon the Provincial Assembly of Sindh to meet on Monday, the 7th April 2008 at 5.00 p.m. in the Sindh Assembly Building, Karachi, for the purpose to ascertain which one of the Members of the Provincial Assembly of Sindh Commands the Confidence of the majority of the members as required by clause (2A) of Article 130 of the Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1973.
The Motion for the purpose of ascertainment can be delivered to the Secretary, Provincial Assembly of Sindh upto 2.00 p.m. on Monday the 7th April 2008.
