REPORTS UNDER THE CONSTITUTION

 

218.                  (1)       All report received in pursuance of provisions of the Constitution shall be laid before the Assembly.

 

(2)        A member may, not later than six months of the laying down of the report, give seven days notice to the Secretary seeking permission to discuss the report.

 

(3)      The motion, the notice of which is given under sub rule (2) shall be included in the List of Business for the day immediately following the expiry of the notice period.          

 

(4)      The Assembly may, by a resolution, express its opinion or make any observation or recommendation on the report.
