ORDINANCES
101.(1) Law Department shall forward to the Secretary the Ordinance to be laid before the Assembly, together with a copy thereof in the form of a Bill which shall be published before the Ordinance is laid before the Assembly.
(2) A Member may move a resolution for dis-approval of an Ordinance under sub-clause (a) of clause (2) of Article 128 of the Constitution after giving five days notice of his intention to do so.
(3) The resolution shall be put to the Assembly for decision and if the resolution is approved it shall be published in the Gazette.
(4) An Ordinance laid before the Assembly shall be deemed to be a Bill introduced in the Assembly and the provisions of these rules relating to Bills, as for as may be, shall apply to such Bill.
