As advised by the Chief Minister and in exercise of the powers conferred upon me under clause (1) of Article-112 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1973 and other provisions enabling me in this behalf, Muhammad Kamran Khan Tessori, Governor of Sindh, hereby dissolve the Provincial Assembly of Sindh on 11th day of August, 2023 at 9:00 p.m.

Subject:    RESOLUTION. 

I am to state that the Provincial Assembly of Sindh in its sitting held on Monday, the 13th June, 2022 has passed the following Resolution moved by Ms. Ghazala Sial, MPA, Syed Sardar Ali Shah, MPA/Minister for Culture, Tourism & Antiquities, Archives & Education, Sindh and Dr. Sohrab Khan Sarki, MPA:

 

“This House express deep sorrow over the demise of Haji Anwar Khan mahar. He was former Member, Provincial Assembly of sindh and President, Pakistan Peoples Party, Sukkur Division. He was devoted to Pakistan Peoples Party throughout his political career and rendered his life for the democratic values and service to the People. He was a human soul and proved himself to be strongly affiliated with the virtues of Peace, Sufism and respect for humanity. His sad demise has left Pakistan Peoples Party with a great loss and a bridge that may hardly be filed in the times to come. The House recognizes his political services in the highest esteem.
