I am to state that during the meeting of the Public Accounts Committee while discussion the Auditor General’s Report year 2016-17 pertaining to Board of Revenue Department and Sindh Revenue Board, on the request of Senior Member Board of Revenue and Chairman Sindh Revenue Board, as per schedule below.

Forty five (45) copies of the Working Papers, duly reconciled with the Accountant General Sindh, and concerned Audit Departments, as the case may be, should be submitted to this Secretariat at least SEVEN (7) WORKING DAYS before the date of the meetings. It is further directed that along with Hard Copy of working Papers, Soft Copy in the shape of Soft Copies Format, may also be sent to this Secretariat in due time without fail and ensure that the page numbering and legible of annexures to be attached.
You are therefore requested to ensure that there may no delay in the dispatch of Working Papers, and that each page is signed by the Secretaries themselves, who as Principal Accounting Officers should PERSONALLY attend the meeting of the Public Accounts Committee.
You are requested to prepare Working Papers in due course of time.
