As advised by the Chief Minister and in exercise of the powers conferred upon me under clause (1) of Article-112 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1973 and other provisions enabling me in this behalf, Muhammad Kamran Khan Tessori, Governor of Sindh, hereby dissolve the Provincial Assembly of Sindh on 11th day of August, 2023 at 9:00 p.m.

عشقِ نبیﷺ ہر شخص کی متاع حیات ہے، بے شک نبی مہربانﷺ کی سنت پر عمل پیرا ہو کر ہی دنیا اور آخرت کی کامیابی ممکن ہے، حضور اکرمﷺ خیر و برکت کا پیغام لے کر آئے، ان کی تعلیمات دنیا کو امن و سلامتی کا پیغام دیتی رہیں گی۔ حضورﷺ کی ذات صرف مسلمانوں کےلئے ہی نہیں، پوری انسانیت کےلئے سرچشمہ ہدایت ہیں۔ رحمة اللعٰلمینﷺ نے مشیت خداوندی سے دنیا کی تمام مخلوقات سمیت زمین تک کے حقوق کا تعین کیا۔ میرے نبیﷺ کا دین اسلام اقلیتوں کے حقوق کا تحفظ دیتا ہے۔ اس لئے یہ ایوان ربیع الاول کے بابرکت و با سعادت موقع پر حضور اکرمﷺ کی زندگی سے رہنمائی حاصل کرنے، ان کی سیرت پر عمل کرنے کے عزم کا اظہار کرتا ہے۔
