As advised by the Chief Minister and in exercise of the powers conferred upon me under clause (1) of Article-112 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1973 and other provisions enabling me in this behalf, Muhammad Kamran Khan Tessori, Governor of Sindh, hereby dissolve the Provincial Assembly of Sindh on 11th day of August, 2023 at 9:00 p.m.

Subject:        RESOLUTION. 

I am to state that the Provincial Assembly of Sindh in its sitting held on Tuesday, the 13th November, 2018 has unanimously passed the following Resolution moved by Dr. Seema Zia, MPA:

 

“This House resolves that the Government of Sindh to implement the Section 10 of the Sindh Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2013 which says private schools to provide at least 10% free education to the disadvantaged children. Further, the Government should take action against those private schools which do not comply with the Section 10 of the said Act.

 

The Government should take all possible measures for the implementation of the Sindh Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2013 and provide free and compulsory education to all children of the age of five to sixteen years”.
