The Provincial Assembly of Sindh in its sitting held on Wednesday, the 18th September, 2013 appointed a Special Committee under Rule 174 of Rules of Procedure of the Provincial Assembly of Sindh on a motion moved by Dr. Sikander Mandhro, Minister for Parliamentary Affairs, Sindh, comprising of the following–
1.Mr. Nisar Ahmed Khuhro, Senior Minister for Education & Literacy, Sindh. Head of the Committee.
2.Syed Ali Mardan Shah, Minister for Population Welfare, Sindh. Member.
3.Mr. Dost Muhammad Rahimoon, Minister for Zakat & Ushr, Sindh. Member.
4.Mr. Poonjo Bheel, MPA. Member.
5.Mr. Khurram Sher Zaman, MPA. Member.
to probe into the matter raised by Nawab Muhammad Taimur Talpur, MPA that the poor citizens belonging to Umerkot and Tharparkar, who had been injured by firing of a Navy Commander and were now being pressed for an out-of-court settlement.
