The Provincial Assembly of Sindh in its sitting held on Friday, the 20th September, 2013 appointed a Special Committee under Rule 174 of Rules of Procedure of the Provincial Assembly of Sindh on a motion moved by Dr. Sikander Mandhro, Minister for Parliamentary Affairs, Sindh, comprising of following Members-
1.Mr. Nisar Ahmed Khuhro, Senior Minister for Education & Literacy, Sindh.
2.Jam Mehtab Hussain Dahar, Minister for Food, Sindh.
3.Mir Nadir Ali Khan Magsi, MPA.

5.Mr. Imtiaz Ahmed Shaikh, MPA.
with the terms of reference to look into matter of the Privilege Motion No. 03 of 2013; given notice of by Dr. Abdul Sattar Rajper, MPA against Mr. Javed Alam Odho, Deputy Inspector General of Police, Sukkur and report back to the Assembly.
