I am to state that the Provincial Assembly of Sindh in its sitting held on Friday, the 21st April, 2017 has unanimously passed the following Motion moved by Mr. Nisar Ahmed Khuhro, Minister for Food and Parliamentary Affairs, Sindh and Dr. Sikandar Mandhro, Minister for Health Sindh:-
“This House is of the opinion that in light of the judgment passed by the Honourable Supreme Court of Pakistan in the Panama Case, where in two Senior Justices declared that the sitting Prime Minister is not ‘Sadiq and Ameen’ and should be de-notified from Public Office.
Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif must immediately resign his Office as he has lost the moral authority to lead this Nation.”.
