NO.PAS/LEGIS-B-30/2016-The Provincial Assembly of Sindh in its sitting held on Wednesday, the 23rd November, 2016 withdrawn the Government Bill No. 24 of 2016-The Sindh Right to Information Bill, 2016 and referred the Government bill No.30 of 2016 The Sindh Transparency and Right to Information Bill, 2016 to the same Select Committee which was Notified earlier vide Notification No.PAS/Legis-B-24/2016/3085 dated 24th September 2016 (copy attached), with the terms of reference to examine bill and report back to the Assembly.
