Subject: MEETING OF THE STANDING COMMITTEE ON HOME.

I am to state that the Honourable Chairman has been pleased to convene the meeting of Standing Committee on Home on Thursday, the 25^th February, 2016 immediately after session, in Committee Room No. 02, Sindh Assembly Building, Karachi.

AGENDA

1. Sindh Police purchased Rs. 10 million petrol for Helicopter from an ordinary pump based in Sukkur.

2. How many unsanctioned police stations are working in Sindh and why not they are being sanctioned?

3. What is the total allocated budget of fuel for Sindh Police in year 2015, 2016, how much has been kept by I.G office and how much amount is distributed to Districts.

4. How many vehicles are purchased by Sindh Police in year 2014-2015 and how many vehicles were allocated to police Stations.

5. Budget allocated to SP’s of different districts (Operations/investigation) along with share and revenue side.

6. No action of police in spite of FIR NO.24/2016, registered at police station Saddar Preedy, it has brought on notice that above given FIR was registered at police station, but concern police station is not taking the interest far investigation of recovery of motor cycle. Complain submitted by Ahsan Ahmed S/O Muhammad Ishaq. R/O Masjid-e-Taqwa, Staff line Colony near Lucky Star Hotel, Karachi.

7. Incident Manhandling /Threatening of legal action,High Handedness by SHO Artillery Sub Inspector Gaffar alongwith his 2 Munshis and a police Sepoy against Commander (Retd-ops)M Abdul Rehman PN, Chief Security Coordinator Event Management Company.

8. Sanction of including of Building for Police Station Punhal Khan Chandio, Talka Sakrand,District Shaheed Benazirabad in ADP 2015-2016.

9. Recovery of Car and take necessary Action against Sub Inspector Imam Din Chandio, (applicant Taj Muhammad Buriro S/o Muhammad Shutal Village Sakina, Muhammad Khan Burrio.

10. A Girl Kidnapped Fazeela Sarki from Kandh kot.

11. Complain against police Constable Shafi Muhammd Mallah,Buckal NO.1263 posted at Police Station Phull, Naushero Feroze, that he is harassing the local peoples of the area and misuse the powers and misbehaver with the general public it was also brought on notice that he is leaving the country without permission of the department and traveling the outside the country with ulterior motives. complain submitted by Ghulam Qadir S/o Ghulam Hussain Phull.

12. Private Bill No.06 of 2014. The Sindh Highway Patrol Bill 2014 and Private Bill No.07 of 2014-The Sindh Police Rules, 1934(Amendment)Bill,2014,given notice of by Engineer Sabir Hussain Kaimkhani ,MPA.
