“On the auspicious occasion of International Women’s Day to be celebrated on 8th March, Sindh Women’s Parliamentary Caucus pays rich tribute to Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto and all women of the world who challenged the discriminatory practices against them, struggled and faced the problems for the rights of the women.”

 

RESOLUTION MOVED BY MS. HEER SOHO, MPA.

“This Assembly is proud to commemorate the 104th Anniversary of the International Women’s Day on March 8, 2015, and on this day, celebrated to honour the backbone of every society -its women- pays tribute to the dynamic women of Pakistan, who strive passionately for the betterment of the country, and its future, despite numerous substantial impediments, be they ethnic, cultural, economic, social, linguistic, educational or political; takes pride in the perseverance; appreciates the women empowerment policies, programs and legislations of the present democratic Government; and resolves to further the struggle to establish a just and equitable environment conducive for sustainable development of Pakistan.”
