I am to state that the Governor of Sindh in exercise of the powers conferred upon him under clause (a) of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1973 has been pleased to summon the Provincial Assembly of Sindh to meet on Tuesday, the 8th April 2008 at 5.00 p.m. in the Sindh Assembly Building, Karachi, for obtaining the vote of confidence by the Chief Minister from the Provincial Assembly of Sindh as required by clause (3) of Article 130 of the Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1973.
