I am directed to state that Provincial Assembly of Sindh in its sitting held on Wednesday, the 15^th February, 2012 has unanimously passed the following Resolution moved by Mr. Anwar Ahmed Khan Mahar, MPA:-

 

“The Provincial Assembly of Sindh hereby authorizes the Parliament of Pakistan to enact a law regarding establishment of a Drug Regulatory Authority.”
