PROVINCIAL ASSEMBLY OF SINDH

NOTIFICATION

KARACHI, THE 31^ST JANUARY, 2012.

 

 

NO.PAS/Legis-G-10/2012- The Provincial Assembly of Sindh in its sitting held on 26^th January, 2012 appointed a Special Committee under Rule 174 of the Rules of Procedure of Provincial Assembly of Sindh with the terms of reference to examine the Resolution given notice of by Mr. Masroor Ahmed Khan Jatoi, MPA and  other MPAs’ with the request to Government of Sindh to inform the Federal Government, National Assembly and other Federating Units that it is opposed to any amendment to Article 239 (4) of the Constitution; with the further terms of reference to ensure its legal and Constitutional appropriateness and report its recommendations to the Assembly as soon as possible. The constitution of the Special Committee is as follows-
