Subject: MEETING OF THE SPECIAL COMMITTEE.
I am to state that the Meeting of the Special Committee, on Resolution given notice of by Mr. Masroor Ahmed Khan Jatoi, MPA and other MPAs’ with the request to Government of Sindh to inform the Federal Government, National Assembly and other Federating Units that it is opposed to any amendment to Article 239 (4) of the Constitution; with the further terms of reference to ensure its legal and Constitutional appropriateness and report its recommendations to the Assembly as soon as possible, is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, the 7th February, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. in Committee Room No: 01, Sindh Assembly Building, Karachi (one point agenda to elect its Chairman).
You are, therefore, requested to attend the said meeting on date, time and venue mentioned above.
