I am to state that the Provincial Assembly of Sindh in its sitting held on Friday, the 11th March, 2011 has unanimously passed the following Resolution moved by Mr. Sharjeel Inam Memon, MPA and Mr. Muhammad Rafiq Advocate, Minister for Katchi Abadies & Spatial Development, Sindh:-
“This Assembly expresses dismay over the petition of MNA Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan regarding Syed Deedar Hussain Shah and resolves that his partial and discriminatory attitude is damaging for the Inter Provincial harmony and a threat to the democratic process, and pays tribute to Syed Deedar Hussain Shah for his services as a Chief Justice High Court of Sindh and the Judge of Supreme Court of Pakistan.”
