Subject: RESOLUTION.
I am to state that the Provincial Assembly of Sindh in its sitting held on Thursday, the 24th February, 2011 has unanimously passed the following Resolution moved by Dr. Sikandar Ali Mandhro, MPA:-
“This Assembly resolves and recommends to the Government of Sindh to approach the Federal Government to ensure that the share of the Province of Sindh, in all Federal Services including Autonomous Bodies and Corporations established by, or under the control of Federal Government, shall be secured and any omission in such allocation made in the past, shall be rectified, exactly in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution.
The Article 38 of the Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan describes that the State shall ensure that the shares of Provinces in all Federal Services including Autonomous Bodies and Corporations established by, or under the control of Federal Government shall be secured and any omission in the allocation in shares of Provinces in the past shall be rectified.”
