I am to state that the Provincial Assembly of Sindh in its sitting held on Tuesday, the 2^nd February, 2010 has unanimously passed the following Resolution moved by  Mr. Slaeem Khursheed Khokhar, MPA and Nawab Muhammad Taimur Talpur, MPA:-

 

“This Assembly recommends to the Sindh Government to approach the Federal Government to transfer the administrative control of Evacuee Trust Property Board to the Province of Sindh.”
