I am to state that Provincial Assembly of Sindh in its sitting held on Thursday, the 17th December, 2009 has unanimously passed the following Resolution moved by Mr. Muhammad Ayaz Soomro, Minister for Law & Parliamentary Affairs, Sindh, Syed Sardar Ahmed, Minister to Government of Sindh/ Parliamentary Party Leader MQM, Ms. Shazia Atta Muhammad Marri, Minister for Information, Sindh, Mr. Nadeem Ahmed Bhutto, MPA, Ms. Nuzhat Pathan, MPA and Ms. Nusrat Bano Sehar Abbasi, MPA:-

 

 

 

“This Assembly unanimously resolves and recommends to the Provincial Government to declare 6th December of every year as the day of “Sindhi Topi and Ajrak” that symbolizes the culture of the Province of Sindh.”
