Subject:      RESOLUTION.

 

I am to state that the Provincial Assembly of Sindh in its sitting held on Tuesday, the 13th October, 2009 has unanimously passed the following Resolution moved by Haji Munawar Ali Abbasi, MPA:-

 

 

“This Assembly resolves and recommends to the Sindh Government to approach the Federal Government to safeguard the rights in relation to Oil, Gas resources being exploited in the Province, various articles of concession, agreements are not being implemented pushing the Province into grave financial and social crisis.”
