I am to state that the Provincial Assembly of Sindh in its sitting held on Tuesday, the 24th March, 2009 has unanimously passed the following Resolution moved by Pir Mazharul Haq, Senior Minister for Education & Literacy, Ms.Shazia Atta Muhammad Marri, Minister for Information, Syed Murad Ali Shah, Minister for Irrigation & Power, Ms. Tauqeer Fatima Bhutto, Minister for Women Development and Ms. Humera Alwani, MPA:-
“This Assembly extends heartiest felicitations to Mohtarma Nusrat Bhutto Sahiba Rehbar Chairperson of the Pakistan Peoples Party, on her birthday and on this occasion, salutes her undaunted stand and unceasing struggle against tyranny, pays homage to her leadership during times of acute crises, acknowledges with sadness, the unnumerable sacrifices she has made and losses she has incurred, in the struggle for democratic rule in Pakistan."
