The Provincial Assembly of Sindh it its sitting held on 9th February, 2009 has unanimously passed the following Resolution moved by Haji Munawar Ali Abbasi, MPA:-
"The Assembly resolves and recommends to the Government of Sindh to approach the Federal Government to ensure that PASCO and TCP should purchase rice from Rice Mills in Sindh at appropriate price, so as to the growers of paddy get the fix price of Rs.700/- per 40 Kg”.
