RESOLUTION MOVED BY MS. SHARMILA SAHEBAH FARUQUI, MPA
This House unequivocally condemns the desecration of the Holy Quran in Sweden and expresses its solidarity with the global Muslim community in their distress. This House also condemns that the desecration of the Holy Quran in Sweden has deeply saddened and offended Muslims worldwide, highlighting the prevalent issue of Islamophobia in the western society.
The despicable act of the public burning of a copy of the Holy book in Stockholm on the occasion of Eid-ul-Adha, sparked worldwide protests and outrage. Such sacrilegious acts undermine religious harmony and tolerance leaving the Muslim community feeling marginalized and discriminated and deeply hurt. This was a premeditated attack on the Muslims’ ideological borders.
This House also acknowledges and appreciates the convening of the OIC [Organization of Islamic Cooperation] session for providing a platform to compile recommendations and devise a collective future strategy to counter Islamophobia.
This House urges the Federal Government to take this issue with the Swedish Government and International community to ensure legislation and appropriate actions so that such actions are not be repeated in future.

یہ معزز ایوان قرارداد پیش کرتا ہے کہ سویڈن میں ایک شخص نے حکومتی تحفظ میں مسجد کے سامنے کلام پاک کی بے حرمتی کی اور اسے نذرآتش بھی کیا۔ اس وقت سویڈن کے مسلمان مسجد میں عیدالاضحیٰ کی نماز ادا کر رہے تھے۔
یہ معزز ایوان اس اسلام دشمنی پر مبنی واقعے کی نا صرف مذمت کرتا ہے بلکہ وفاقی حکومت سے مطالبہ بھی کرتا ہے کہ وہ سویڈن کی حکومت سے رابطہ کریں ان کے سفیر کو بلا کر ان کے سامنے اس پر احتجاج کیا جائے۔

یہ ایوان سویڈن میں قرآن پاک کی بے حرمتی کی بھرپور مذمت کرتا ہے۔ یہ افسوسناک واقعہ جس نے دنیا بھر کے مسلمانوں کے جذبات کو ٹھیس پہچائی ہے۔ یہ مذموم عمل مغرب میں پھیلے ہوئے اسلام دشمنی کی طرف اشارہ کر رہا ہے۔ نام نہاد شخصی آزادی کی آڑ میں مسلمانوں کے مذہبی جذبات کو مشتعل کرنے والے مذموم اعمال نام نہاد مہذب مغرب میں روز کا معمول بن چکے ہیں جو کہ سراسر قابل مذمت ہے۔ سویڈن میں اس طرح کی توہین آمیز واقعات کی وجہ سے پہلے بھی دنیا بھر میں بسنے والے اربوں مسلمانوں کی دل آزاری ہوئی ہے.
ہم سندھ اسمبلی کے اس معزز ایوان کی توسط سے وفاقی حکومت سے بھی مطالبہ کرتے ہیں کہ پاکستان میں سویڈن کی تمام اشیاء کے بائیکاٹ کا اعلان کیا جائے۔ اس عمل کے اندر پاکستان کی اقلیتی برادری اور مسلم برادری دونوں مل کر کے مغربی عمل کے اس اشتعال انگیزی کا بھرپور مذمت اور مزاحمت کا جواب دیتے ہیں۔

یہ ایوان سویڈن میں قرآن پاک کی بے حرمتی کی بھرپور مذمت کرتا ہے۔ یہ افسوسناک واقعہ جس نے دنیا بھر کے مسلمانوں کے جذبات کو مجروح کیا ہے۔ یہ مذموم عمل مغرب میں پھیلے ہوئے اسلام دشمنی کی طرف اشارہ کر رہا ہے۔ نام نہاد شخصی آزادی کی آڑ میں مسلمانوں کے جذبات کو مشتعل کرنے والے مذموم اعمال نام نہاد مہذب مغرب میں روز کا معمول بن چکے ہیں جو کہ سراسر قابل مذمت ہے۔ سویڈن میں اس طرح کی توہین آمیز واقعات کی وجہ سے پہلے بھی دنیا میں بسنے والے اربوں مسلمانوں کی دل آزاری ہوئی ہے۔
ہم سندھ اسمبلی کے اس معزز ایوان کی توسط سے وفاقی حکومت سے بھی مطالبہ کرتے ہیں کہ فی الفور پاکستان میں سویڈن کے سفارت خانے کو تالا لگایا جائے۔ پاکستان میں سویڈن کی تمام اشیاء کا بائیکاٹ کرتے ہوئے سویڈن سے تمام سفارتی و تجارتی تعلقات منقطع کیے جائیں۔

یہ ایوان سویڈن میں قرآن پاک کی بے حرمتی کی بھرپور مذمت کرتا ہے۔ یہ افسوسناک واقعہ جس نے دنیا بھر کے نان مسلم اقلیتی برادری اور مسلمانوں کے جذبات کو مجروح کیا ہے۔ یہ مذموم عمل مغرب میں پھیلے ہوئے اسلام دشمنی کی طرف اشارہ ہے۔ نام نہاد شخصی آزادی کی آڑ میں امت مسلمہ ساری انسان مذہبی جذبات کو مشتعل کرنے والے مذموم اعمال نام نہاد مہذب مغرب میں روز کا معمول بن چکے ہیں۔ جو کہ سراسر قابل مذمت ہے۔ سویڈن میں اس طرح کی توہین آمیز واقعات کی وجہ سے پہلے بھی دنیا بھر میں بسنے والے اربوں مسلم اور نان مسلم سب کی انسان ذات کی بڑی دل آزاری ہوئی ہے جو اقلیت برادری ہے اس کی سب کی دل آزاری ہوئی ہے۔
ہم سندھ اسمبلی کے اس معزز ایوان کی توسط سے وفاقی حکومت سے یہ مطالبہ کرتے ہیں کہ فل الفور پاکستان میں سویڈن کے سفارت خانے بند کئے جائیں اور پاکستان میں سویڈن کی تمام اشیاء کو بائیکاٹ کرتے ہوئے سویڈن سے تمام سفارتی تجارتی تعلقات منقطع کیے جائیں۔ ہم بلکل اس میں ہم اقلیتی برادری بھرپور مذمت اور مزاحمت کرتے ہیں۔
