As advised by the Chief Minister and in exercise of the powers conferred upon me under clause (1) of Article-112 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1973 and other provisions enabling me in this behalf, Muhammad Kamran Khan Tessori, Governor of Sindh, hereby dissolve the Provincial Assembly of Sindh on 11th day of August, 2023 at 9:00 p.m.

“This House expresses its sense of grief over the demise of veteran politician Syed Ali Murdan Shah, the sitting MPA Provincial Assembly of Sindh. He remained 6 time MPA and Minister for Population Welfare department. He was a man of integrity, character, traditions and values. Syed Ali Mardan Shah rendered invaluable services for democracy and party throughout his political career as a true representative of the people of Sindh. The House pays tribute to him for his services as public representative, prays for the departed soul to be blessed with higher place in Jannat-ul-Firdous and grant patience to the bereaved family to bear this irreparable loss.”.
