            The Principal Accounting Officers are strongly advised to hold the Departmental Accounts Committee (DAC) meeting well before the meetings of the Public Accounts Committee.

 

            Forty (40) copies of the Working Papers, duly reconciled with the Accountant General Sindh, and submitted to this Secretariat at least SEVEN (7) WORKING DAYS before the date of the meetings. It is further directed that along with Hard Copy of working Papers, Soft Copy in the shape of Soft Copies Format (Scanned and MS Word Format), may also be sent to this Secretariat as the same is required for the PAC MIS System in due time without fail and ensure that the page numbering and legible of annexures to be attached.

 

            The Administrative secretaries should ensure that there is no delay in the dispatch of Working Papers, and that each page is signed by the Secretaries themselves, who as Principal Accounting Officers should PERSONALLY attend the meeting of the Public Accounts Committee.
