In pursuance of Article 107 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, the Provincial Assembly of Sindh shall stand dissolved on the expiration of its term of five years on the 28th May, 2018.

Sub: REVISED SCHEDULE OF MEETING OF THE PUBLIC ACCOUNTS COMMITTEE .

I am directed to refer to this Secretariat's letter No.PAS/PAC-2/2009-10/2014/1555, dated 17th December, 2014 on the subject noted above and to state that Hon'ble Chairman Public Accounts Committee has been pleased to revise the schedule the meetings of the Public Accounts Committee which were scheduled to be held from 29th December, 2014 to 01st January, 2015. The meetings of the Public Accounts Committee will now be held as follows, the agenda and venue of the meeting will remain same. Honourable Chairman PAC has directed that the Minister of concerned Department attend the meeting personally.

The Principal Accounting Officers are strongly advised to hold the Departmental Accounts Committee (DAC) meeting well before the meetings of the Public Accounts Committee.

Forty five (45) copies of the Working Papers duly reconciled with the Accountant General Sindh and concerned Audit Departments, as the case may be, should be submitted to this Secretariat at least SEVEN (07) WORKING DAYS before the date of the meetings. It is further directed that along with Hard Copy of Working Papers, Soft Copy in the shape of Soft Copies Format, may also be sent to this Secretariat in due time without fail and ensure that the page numbering and legible of annexures to be attached.

You are therefore requested to ensure that there may no delay in the dispatch of Working papers, and that each page is signed by the Secretaries themselves, who as Principal Accounting Officers should PERSONALLY attend the meeting of the Public Accounts Committee.

You are requested to prepare Working papers in due course of time.
