In pursuance of Article 107 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, the Provincial Assembly of Sindh shall stand dissolved on the expiration of its term of five years on the 28th May, 2018.

“This House strongly condemns the yet again an inhuman incident occurred in Mardan district in which 4 years old Asma was raped and killed. According to the postmortem report, wounds were found on different parts of Asma’s body. Such types of incidents are humiliation of the humanity.

This House resolves and recommends the Government of Sindh to approach the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Government to arrest those responsible in this barbarity and constitute the special court in order to carry out the speedy trail of the culprits.”.

 

RESOLUTION MOVED BY MS. HEER SOHO, MPA

“This House condemns the barbaric and dreadful incident that occurred in Mardan in which a four year old girl was raped and murdered.

This House recommends the Sindh Government to approach Kyber Pakhtunkhwa Government to give exemplary punishment to the culprits and adopt zero tolerance policy against such gruesome and terrible acts.”.
