In pursuance of Article 107 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, the Provincial Assembly of Sindh shall stand dissolved on the expiration of its term of five years on the 28th May, 2018.

This House vehemently condemns the heinous incident occurred in Kasur in which a seven year old Zainab was raped and murdered.

This House resolves and recommends to the Government of Sindh to approach the Punjab Government to prosecute the culprits and to take every possible step for speedy trial so that no such incident takes place in future.”.

 

RESOLUTION MOVED BY MS. HEER SOHO, MPA

This House strongly condemns the inhuman incident occurred in Kasur in which a seven year old girl Zainab was raped and then murdered. This House resolves and recommends the Sindh Government to approach the Pubjab Government to bring all the culprits into justice and they should be given severe punishment so that no one dares to do such heinous crime in future.”.

 

RESOLUTION MOVED BY MS. NUSRAT BANO SEHER ABBASI, MPA

This House condemns the horrific incident that took place in Kasur, where a child of seven years was raped and murdered brutally. This innocent child was abducted five days ago but authorities failed to find her. This incident is a mark of degradation of our society. It reflects on our inability to protect our children and failure of law enforcement agencies.

This House presents its condolence to the family of the victim. It also recommends the Punjab Government to take all necessary action to capture the culprit and provide timely justice to the grieving family.”.

 

RESOLUTION MOVED BY DR. SEEMA ZIA, MPA

This House strongly condemns the recent murder and rape of eight-year-old Zainab in Kasur.

In addition, this House expresses its condolences and sympathies to the family of Zainab and share their grief.

The heinous crime committed against Zainab is a lesson for society that all of us must do something actively to protect the children of this country from all such crimes and incidents.

This House demands that all law enforcement agencies make serious effort to apprehend the perpetrators and bring them to justice.”.
